String School is designed around one principle: learning tools should stay accessible. That is why pricing for individual users is built on one-time purchases instead of recurring subscriptions.

Why There Is No Subscription

I do not believe core learning tools should require a monthly charge to keep using what you already bought. If you purchase a product once, you should keep access to that version without worrying about a recurring bill.

How Long-Term Sustainability Works

Building and maintaining software still has ongoing costs. A common and fair model is one-time pricing for the current product, with optional paid upgrades for future major versions.

In practice, this means:

You always keep the version you paid for.
Major future feature releases may be offered as optional upgrades.
You can upgrade only when it makes sense for you.
If you prefer not to think about upgrades later, the Lifetime option includes future major Learn features.
